The second session of the Islamic Yoga was oganized by Tadbeer Foundation. The main focus of the session was on the Postures for Diabetes, Thyroid, Blood Pressure and Mental Stress. The Tasbeeh related to it was given to the Participants.
The Session was taken by Mrs Shabanaben Lalawala (International Yoga Trainer).
At the end of the Session the Nutritonal Guidance related to these topics was also given.
Tadbeer Foundation organised Islamic Yoga Exclusively for Ladies.
Islamic Yoga is totally a new Concept introduced by Tadbeer Foundation in which Qura’anic Recitation is Blended with Yogic Postures whereby Physical Benefits of Yogic Postures is Enhanced by the Spiritual Effect of Recitation.

The Islamic Yoga Session was Specially Designed by our His Holiness Saiyyedna Saheb (TUS) and Dr Zulqarnain Bhaisaheb for our Ladies.
