Qudshiya Motiwala (Nutritionist) :- For Introduction to Foods which reduce Stress levels
The Session was Specially designed for Ladies of Alavi Bohra Community by Tadbeer Foundation. Such type of event was organised for the first time in our Community.
Qudshiya Motiwala said that there are Such foods which helps to reduce Stress levels in the Body which includes Green leafy vegetables, chocolates, berries and All seasonal fruits. When the women are under stress they undergo abnormal bowel movements and Hormonal imbalance.
Insiyaben Tinwala started the session with the Introduction on Stress and what are the types of Stress that women face Everyday.
The Method focused was Progressive Muscular Relaxation. In which she focused on Breathing and Relaxing each and every part and organ of the Body. Then there was a stage where she asked to imagine a scene where they found their most Trustworthy person in their life to share their problems. This was the stage where the Ladies started crying in Trans where they felt that all their problems are resolved and they are more relaxed than before and Lastly there was a Question answer session where the Ladies shared their problems.
This Therapy should be Practiced for 10-20 mins every day.

A Workshop on Graphology was conducted by Tadbeer Foundation in which 10-15 students participated and was conducted by Anisaben Padaria who is a renowned certified Graphotherapist, Relationship Counselor and a Psychotherapist.
Graphotherapy is a means of making conscious alterations in your handwriting in order to effect desired subconscious changes in your personality. It is the Analysis of the Physical Characteristics and patterns of Handwriting.
It is subconscious way of your hand telling your Brain to make adjustments to your Personality.
A Simple 30 Day Handwriting practice under the guidance of a certified Graphotherapist will result in a much improved Personality.

The second session of the Islamic Yoga was oganized by Tadbeer Foundation. The main focus of the session was on the Postures for Diabetes, Thyroid, Blood Pressure and Mental Stress. The Tasbeeh related to it was given to the Participants. 

The Session was taken by Mrs Shabanaben Lalawala (International Yoga Trainer).

At the end of the Session the Nutritonal Guidance related to these topics was also given.

Tadbeer Foundation organised Islamic Yoga Exclusively for Ladies.
Islamic Yoga is totally a new Concept introduced by Tadbeer Foundation in which Qura’anic Recitation is Blended with Yogic Postures whereby Physical Benefits of Yogic Postures is Enhanced by the Spiritual Effect of Recitation.

The Session was taken by Mrs Shabanaben Lalawala (International Yoga Expert).

The Islamic Yoga Session was Specially Designed by our His Holiness Saiyyedna Saheb (TUS) and Dr Zulqarnain Bhaisaheb for our Ladies.
